Hero

My little book of short stories Noughties came out two years ago. I would rewrite some of the stories if I had the time back — but some I’m still quite proud of. I’m glad I spent some time on something as hugely fun and vastly unprofitable as short fiction. Here’s the first story from the collection: “Hero”. I hope you enjoy it.
