Perhaps the most boring diet and lifestyle guru I have ever come across is Brian “Liver King” Johnson. He certainly looked impressive — bulging with vein-streaked muscles and topped with lion-like hair — but when he opened his mouth he preached the paleo diet with a side of uncooked testicles.
